Where do we meet?

All of our sessions will be online! I use a safe platform called Practice Better, where we will have all of our video-calls and messaging.

Can I work with you, even if I want to lose weight?

Absolutely! I practice from a Health At Every Size® approach, which supports health for all body sizes. Your weight may change, or it may not. I will absolutely meet you where you are, and give you support to improve your relationship with food.

Do you accept health insurance?

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please keep in mind that reimbursement varies by plan.

For out-of-network insurance plans, I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement you may be eligible for. The Superbill does not guarantee reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance company to clarify your benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will still require full payment for the cost of the scheduled appointment. 

How do I book an appointment?
