I’m a non-diet registered dietitian, on a mission to help you nourish your body and live the life that you were meant to enjoy. That means ditching the diet, and cultivating a positive relationship with food, body, and mind.
I am the owner of Gina Holmes Nutrition, an online private practice in Dallas, Texas. I believe in Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size®, and honoring your culture through food. I whole-heartedly believe that health is more than just focusing on food- it’s mental health, rest, connection, creativity, and physical health.

Professional Biography
Gina Tran Holmes, MS, RDN, LD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist in Dallas, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics & Institutional Administration and Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman’s University. She also completed her dietetic internship through Texas Woman’s University in 2012. She went on to work in clinical nutrition at Methodist Richardson Medical Center, before working in corporate wellness at JCPenney’s Headquarters in Plano, Texas for several years.
Gina believes in a holistic approach to well-being that encompasses physical and mental health- beyond weight or body size. Her approach combines the principles of Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size ® framework, evidence-based nutrition, stress management, joyful movement, and honoring cultural traditions. Gina is passionate about supporting others through their unique journey of rediscovering the joy in movement and eating-without going on another diet.
When Gina is not at work, she is enjoying Dallas with her husband, daughter, son, and two Australian Shepherd pups- Sherlock and Peaches. She likes to try new restaurants, go to concerts, visit national parks, and is now learning how to sew!
